Making a Difference Through Equine Facilitated Therapy and More

What is Raemelton Therapeutic Equestrian Center?

raemelton groupRaemelton Therapeutic Equestrian Center began in 1995 with a handful of horses, thirteen students and one dream. Today Raemelton provides equine facilitated therapy to over 90 students a week. In addition to our therapeutic riding program, we have developed a therapeutic driving program, C.A.R.E. (children at risk equestrian) program and a traditional equine facilitated learning program for non-disabled children and adults within the community.

We are conveniently located between Cleveland and Columbus just 5 minutes from I-71 at 569 S. Trimble Road in Mansfield, OH. Our 50-acre center is housed on the former Black estate and consists of a large indoor riding arena complete with heated viewing room, an outdoor riding arena, 2 large barns that can house up to 24 horses, pristine trails and several pastures. These amenities make it possible for us to offer our customers a safe and encouraging environment where they can make their equestrian dreams come true.Raemelton barn

As an added bonus, several buildings on our farm are listed on the National Historic Registry. We take great pride in maintaining the nostalgic charm that was apparent at the time of our facilities construction in 1920's.
