Our 34-acre center is housed on the former Historic Frank Black Estate and consists of a large indoor riding hall complete with heated viewing room, an outdoor riding arena, two large barns that can house up to 24 horses, pristine trails and several pastures.
These amenities make it possible for us to offer a safe and encouraging environment where they can make their equestrian dreams come true.
As an added bonus, several buildings on our farm are listed on the National Historic Registry. We take great pride in maintaining the nostalgic charm that was apparent at the time of our facilities construction in 1920s.
We are excited to share that with the acquisition of the property in late 2015, and the success of our capital campaign, Raemelton is able to address accessibility concerns and make necessary upgrades to the facility. Phase I projects are already underway and Phase II projects will begin in the spring of 2017. We will be constructing an ADA accessible grooming and tacking barn adjacent to the main riding hall, installing an ADA accessible entrance to the office area and an ADA accessible restroom in the new portion of the polo barn. This will afford our students a new level of independence and enhance their time at the farm. For more information on our capital campaign, Beyond Dreams, Within Reach, please click here.
